Access Your Dashboard

After logging in to your publisher account at screens.adboardbooking.com, you'll land on your Dashboard. This is your central hub for managing all your adboards.

Login to screens.adboardbooking.com
View your dashboard overview with key metrics
See Total Adboards, Avg. Booking Value, Revenue, and Upcoming Bookings
Pro Tip: The dashboard gives you a quick overview of your business performance!

Navigate to Adboards

Click on 'Adboards' in the left sidebar navigation. This will show you all your existing adboard listings with options to manage them.

View all your existing adboard listings
Search, filter, and manage your adboards
See key info: Price per day, Price per month, Connected players
Pro Tip: Use the search and filter options to quickly find specific adboards!

Create New Adboard

Click the 'Create new adboard' button in the top right corner. This opens the adboard creation form where you'll add all the details.

You can also use 'Bulk create/update' for multiple listings
Download CSV template for bulk uploads
Pro Tip: Use bulk upload if you have many adboards to list at once!

Fill Basic Details

Add all the essential information about your adboard including name, category, location, and description. This information will be visible to advertisers.

Enter Adboard Name (e.g., 'CP Outer Circle with Central & South Delhi')
Select Location Category (Roadsides, Malls, Corporate, etc.)
Add detailed Description with key features
Search and select the Landmark/Address
View location coordinates and demographics

Configure Display Settings

Set up the display specifications including size category, media type (Static/Digital), booking settings, and add individual screen specifications.

Choose Size Category: Small, Medium, or Large
Select Media Type: Static or Digital
Set Minimum Days, Loop Time, Ad Duration
Configure Minimum Days to Book Ahead
Define Total Slots and Bookable Slots

Add individual screen specifications with resolution, orientation, and exact location. Upload high-quality images and videos of your adboard.

Add Screen Specifications: Name, Orientation, Size, Resolution, Location
Toggle 'Show Map' to visualize screen locations
Upload multiple images of your adboard
Add YouTube video URLs for video walkthroughs
Drag & drop images or click to select files

Manage Availability

Go to the 'Inventory/Availability settings' tab to configure when your adboard is available for booking. Block specific dates or time slots as needed.

Set default availability schedule
Block specific dates for maintenance
Configure time-based availability
